Laser-cut stainless steel architectural panel, geometric cut pattern in dark industrial light.

Laser-Cut Stainless Steel Panels

Custom architectural panels, cut to your drawing.

DXF to delivered. We review every drawing for manufacturability before quoting — 304 / 316 stainless, ±0.1mm tolerance, brushed or PVD finish.

Before You Spec the Panel

Where does your panel go?

Same cutting envelope. Three different specs by install — lobby gets flush edges, facade gets aligned holes, outdoor gets 316 marine. Drag to find yours.

Drag to compare lobby, facade, and outdoor specs.

Brushed stainless steel feature panel installed in a hotel lobby reception wall
LOBBY · 1–3MM
Interior Feature Cut

Edges deburred flush. Film on. Ready to hang.

Most lobby panels land with burrs your installer has to file off — or sharp points your designer has to apologize for. Ours land with edges deburred flush, protective film both sides. Your installer hangs and walks.

Laser-cut stainless steel facade module installed on a building exterior with aligned hole coordinates
FACADE · 2–5MM
Facade Module Cut

Hole coords aligned. No site drilling.

Most facade panels need 2–3 days of site drilling because hole coords miss the architect's module — and scaffolding burns day-rate. Ours arrive pre-coordinated to your facade BIM. Your contractor lifts, bolts, moves on.

316 marine-grade stainless steel laser-cut screen installed in a villa courtyard with PVD bronze finish
OUTDOOR · 3–6MM
Marine-Grade Cut

316 marine. Wind-load profile. No callbacks.

304 stainless rusts at edges within two coastal seasons. Thin-gauge panels warp under wind load — and your villa client calls. Ours: 316 marine grade, deeper edge profile, brushed or PVD bronze. Holds through salt air and 15+ seasons.
